Product help and bug reports
Use the public GitHub issue tracker for a reproducible app problem, a compatibility report, or a feature discussion. A useful report includes the Notchi version, macOS version, what you expected, what happened, and the smallest set of steps that reproduces it. Check existing issues first so related evidence stays together.
Never post API keys, passwords, private prompts, personal clipboard content, or crash logs containing sensitive file paths in a public issue. If the report cannot be safely made public, use email instead.
Security, privacy, and press
Email xiikii@outlook.com for security disclosures, privacy questions, press inquiries, or details that should not be public. A helpful security report identifies the affected version, explains the impact, and includes safe reproduction steps. Do not send active credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Notchi does not operate telephone support, a sales desk, or a physical customer office. Support is handled online by the project maintainer. For privacy questions, read the published policy first and mention the section your question concerns.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that you are running the latest published Notchi release.
- State whether the issue involves Notes, Reminders, Accessibility, a provider key, or a local coding-agent CLI.
- Remove secrets and private content from screenshots, logs, and sample prompts.
- For provider errors, include the provider name and exact non-sensitive error text.
